Location Based Actions and Notifications

This service allows you to choose actions to be performed by the mobile when you arrive to certain places you select on the Map, like putting the mobile on silent mode or vibrate mode or showing a notification (a memo you have already written) when you reach that place.

o   Click any place marker on the Map and from place options menu choose “Actions”.

o   Enable actions for that place by switching it ON then choose the desired action.

o   When you close this page a circle on the map will be drawn around that place representing the action execution range.

The radius of the circle will depend on the available resources for detecting your location. If GPS is enabled, the radius will be 100m, otherwise the circle’s radius could extend to 900m (depending on your location accuracy), and the circles will completely disappear from the map if the location services are not enabled on your mobile.

* This service requires you to enable the location services on your mobile, and it’s preferred to enable GPS for more satisfying results.

This feature works as a background service, and it will try to detect your location at certain time-lapses according to a developed algorithm to save battery and achieve the best results, then the place action will be executed when your location become within the range circle.

If the Silent or Vibrate actions are enabled for a place, then the mobile will return to the sound mode it had before entering the circle range, when you exit it.

Take photos of the places you visit during your virtual tours around the world  , and save it to your mobile, so you can later browse this gallery as if you were really there.

o   Select My location  from the menu.

o   Set your virtual location on the Map.

o   You can drag the Pegman icon on the map to change your virtual location to any other place.

o   Switch to the Camera page to display a panoramic Street View for that place and start your virtual tour.
