Our Privacy Policy explains:

Information the app collects

The app collects your current location, each time you open it, so that it will be able to show important places around you. The app uses GPS and/or location from wireless networks to get your location.

How we use it

We use the location information only to fetch the places around you from Google. Hence your location information is shared only with Google and no one else. The location information is not even sent to our server. In fact, there isn't any.

The
Google Maps APIs are the only APIs to which your location information are used.

You can voluntarily share your location on social media (Facebook, Whatsapp..) or send it via SMS as an optional feature of the app.

The app opens the camera, only as a background, overlaid by the places information, but NO pictures will be taken or videos will be recorded at all.

The app gets access to read your contacts list, only when you receive a location link, to get info about the sender and add this info to the newly added place.

You can make phone calls and dial numbers from within the app if a place has a phone number within its detailed information.

Location information is not stored. Once the app exits the location information is lost. Next time the app is opened the location information is fetched again. Google Places and Directions information will be cached temporary on your device to elaborate apps performance.
